Privacy Policy

The short version: Visualido renders on your device and your media never leaves your machine. We collect as little as possible.
Visualido plays your videos and images locally, in your browser, using your own GPU.
We do not upload, host, stream, or store your media files. There is nothing for us to see.
What we store
- Nothing, if you don't sign in. Presets and settings are kept in your browser's local storage on your device.
- If you create an account (optional, when accounts are available): your email address and small text presets/scenes (kilobytes of JSON) so they can sync across your devices. No media.
- Basic server logs (IP address, timestamp, request) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't upload or retain your video and image files.
- We don't run invasive third-party ad tracking.
Payments
When paid plans launch, payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details; we only keep a record of your subscription status.
Your choices
You can clear your local presets any time by clearing your browser storage. If you have an account, you can request deletion of your account and stored presets by contacting us.
